Newsletter Summer 2010
?Hello Everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the summer holidays and making the most of the limited sunshine that we have been having. This is my first newsletter. I thought it may be a good way to keep in touch with you to post future events that may be of interest and to include useful contacts of other services and therapies that you may like to try. I recently completed a professional course on Coaching Happiness which gave me a lot of material and tools that I would like to pass on in future workshops starting with International Angel Day, the theme is Happiness and Laughter.
INTERNATIONAL ANGEL DAY 2010

This year’s Angel Day will have a theme of Happiness and Laughter. Lets join thousands of other likeminded people all over the world who will be celebrating Angels on the very same day! Reiki
Earlier this year I had the pleasure of running my first Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki courses and I am delighted that there are 4 more beautiful and talented practioners qualified to offer Reiki. Vitality Holistic Therapy
This company is run by a wonderful friend and mentor. Susan offers a host of fabulous treatments. The Chocolate Facial is one of the loveliest treatments I have ever had. Trying not to eat the delicious facemask was a challenge though. The Workshop
We will be spending time looking at all aspects of Angel Healing and Clearing. There will be lots of opportunities to share our thoughts and feelings and we will do some guided meditations and experience Angel Energy Healing.
I hope you can join us to celebrate this wonderful day as it will be celebrated all over the world on the same weekend. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend but know of any friends or family that would enjoy the day, please let them know.
Refreshments and Lunch
All participants will be asked to bring along at item that could be put towards a shared lunch buffet. All other refreshments and drinks will be provided.
- If you have a group of 6 people or more that would be interested in a workshop, I will happily travel to you and give the workshop in your home
Angel Workshop
- We do a series of exercises to release blocks and cut cords, look at Angel signs and ways to communicate. Guided meditations to meet your Guardian Angel and looking at manifesting with the Angels.
Fairy and Elemental Workshop
- Spend a day looking at the Elemental Hierarchy and how each level can help us in our daily life. We do a series of meditations to meet our Fairy guides. Learn how to connect with Fairies, tree spirits etc. Learning how to attract their magic into our lives and make improvements in every area. Goddess Workshop We spend time learning about the various Goddesses and what each of them can bring into our lives. We will do guided meditations to meet several of them and exercises to heal ourselves, empower ourselves and improve our life.
Ascended Masters
- Spending time learning about the various Ascended Masters and discovering the difference we could make to our lives if we invite these energies to work along- side us every day. We will be doing guided mediations to meet some of the Ascended Masters and taking part in exercises to strengthen our connection to them. This day is all about healing, motivating and manifesting.
Spiritual Healing Workshop
- This is a day spent both self healing and learning about the healing energy all around you that can be channeled to heal family, friends, pets and distance healing to the universe. We will look at the principle of energy healing, ancient forms of healing and the benefits of using this energy. It also includes a guided meditation to meet your spirit guides.
Angel Coaching Workshop
- During the day we will looking at every aspect of our lives and working out where there are blocks and how to overcome these obstacles in our lives. We will be working with various Archangels to create a perfect blue-print of the life we want and learning how to call upon them to coach us to achieve the perfect life we deserve.
Reiki Course
As
a Reiki Master/Teacher it is my pleasure to share this wonderful
healing modality with you. All of the courses will be held at my
home in Great Oakley. The training days will include your Attunement,
Course Manual, certification and lunch and refreshments. There will
continual ongoing support and the opportunity to take part in Reiki
Shares.
Level 1 is £150 / Level 2 is £200 / Level 3 - Master/Teacher
is £300
Attunements
- These cost £20 each and are given as a guided meditation followed by a short Energy Healing session when given in person. I can also offer the attunement through a distant healing and this will cost £10.
